CURRENTA and Bayer honor THOST for successful project management
Better than the benchmark: deadlines met, quality achieved and costs slightly undercut.
The management of CURRENTA GmbH & Co. OHG and the site manager of Bayer Crop Science in Dormagen honored THOST project management for its proactive and transparent project management at the closing event of the CUBE project on 28 August 18.
THOST carried out the overall project management for all 14 subprojects of the CUBE project at the CHEMPARK site in Dormagen during the entire project period from April 2014 to September 2018.
Active management in the areas of organisation, deadlines, costs, quality, risks and change management enabled CURRENTA to make its project decisions on a solid basis at all times.
The acronym "CUBE" stands for "CURRENTA supports Bayer expansion," for which CURRENTA is investing a total of around EUR 70 million at its Dormagen site. The CHEMPARK operator is strengthening its infrastructure in the areas of industrial and waste water, energy, refrigeration and waste disposal in order to support the positive development of Bayer's Crop Protection and Seeds Division in Dormagen.
